Subject: service poor
Comment: I would not recomment this company. Although cheaper it comes at a cost. They tracked mud all over the house I was leaving. They lost or broke furniture and furniture parts, and some packing they did was poor. They have not replied re: my claim (at least 3 months ago). The main office appears disorganised, asking for full price and not knowing a deposit was made,, not calling re: arrival times, even though said they would. Employees loading and unloading did not appear to be regular employees.
