Subject: Very Rude management and they charge YOU for carpets!!!
Comment: I rented from Casalta Management for a year on Coachway Gardens and it was a horrible year, everything was very old and it was always a very hard time to get anything fixed, the staff were very rude as soon as soon as you mentioned you needed something new. It got to the point where they would not even let me speak and started hanging up the phone on me for no reason. Also the floors in most of the units Ive seen htere are very dirty and old and torn and they will not replace or clean them, they charge you about $200-300 from your damage deposit to get these old carpets cleaned. They were very cheap, and they were also very rude, good luck if you decide to rent from them. When I forst moved in my bathroom floor was collapsing on the 2nd top level and my dishwasher was being leveled by a huge rock. Also my tile floors were so dirty and old and torn that my baby could not crawl on them, and when asked to fix it was never done.
